About the role:
In this diverse role you will be responsible for ensuring all calls and issues are dealt with effectively as well as escalate through to the appropriate channels when necessary. The ideal candidate will be resilient, good under pressure and have previous experience working in both Microsoft and IOS environments.
- Provide level 1 & 2 support and escalate logged issues when necessary
- Have relevant experience working on a service desk on a day to day basis
- Ideally have both Microsoft & Mac support capabilities
- Perform backups and general monitoring / maintenance of systems
- Build and manage relationships with vendors and employees
- At least two years experience working on a service desk
- Have a solid understanding of level 1 & 2 support; AD, exchange, hardware, software, networking etc
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification within IT
