Solution Architect

Looking for a Solutions Architect to join a business team based in Wellington. You'll provide technical advice, support and strategy to the organisations customers and the wider sales team to deliver continued growth within the business.

You'll work alongside our sales team to formulate an account plan for nominated customers and opportunity plans for new customers. You'll act as the technical authority during the sales process by delivering technical information to the customer in the form of RFI/RFP responses, design-related documentation, product updates and industry/competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

To be successful in the role:

• Strong experience in a technical sales or sales engineering position within the telecommunications or IT industry
• Solid knowledge of the enterprise market and a strong understanding of telecommunications technology products
• In-depth technical knowledge of data networking (LAN/WAN), IP voice and unified communications
• Tertiary qualification in engineering and/or business (desired)
• Technical certifications in IP data and/or Unified Communications or Cyber Security (desired)
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple streams at one time
• Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
