Our client is seeking a Solution Architect for a 6-month contract to support pivotal projects—one project will commence in Australia and one in New Zealand. These projects involve the transformation of commercial insurance systems, working closely with brokers. As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in guiding the architectural vision and execution for the New Zealand major transformation project within the commercial insurance sector. Your ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams will be key in aligning solutions with strategic goals. You will also facilitate important conversations between these stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are on the same page. Your role will also involve documenting and managing governance processes, as well as navigating and adapting to legacy technology environments.

  • Collaborate with brokers and stakeholders, serving as a bridge between technical teams and business units.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Solution Architect role brings extensive experience in the commercial insurance industry, along with a proven track record in transforming legacy systems. Strong architectural skills are essential, along with an ability to understand and create government documentation. Excellent communication skills are also required, as you'll be engaging regularly with both technical and business teams.
