Senior Solution Architect

What you'll do:

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading architecture initiatives within our client's complex enterprise-scale organisation. Your focus will be on enhancing customer engagement across various digital channels. You will be responsible for managing and optimising these channels specifically for claims management. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will enable you to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will also develop well-structured architectural documentation. Your leadership skills will promote a collaborative approach to project delivery.

• Lead architecture initiatives and engage with senior-level stakeholders
• Manage and optimise customer engagement channels specifically for claims management from a digital perspective
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project management teams, vendors, and sector stakeholders
• Make persuasive presentations and communicate complex architectural concepts to senior management, peers, and customers
• Develop well-structured documentation, including solution architecture, target system architecture, and non-functional requirements
• Define, socialise, and evolve a broader technology and architectural vision for solutions
• Promote a collaborative approach to project delivery
• Ensure alignment with organisational strategy, technology strategy, and enterprise architecture
• Manage risks effectively through adherence to governance and assurance processes
