Solutions Manager - Waikato

Seeking a Solutions Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of digital services and drive innovation across business intelligence, geospatial, applications, and integration platforms.

As Solutions Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering robust, secure, and customer-centric digital solutions. You’ll lead a talented team, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure the delivery of key initiatives aligned with organisational priorities. This role is pivotal in shaping the digital roadmap and enabling smarter, more connected communities.

The Role:

• Lead and manage the BI, GIS, Application, and Integration portfolios
• Champion digital ways of working and foster a culture of innovation
• Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with business goals
• Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and optimised for performance
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners
• Oversee budgets, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive customer-centric service delivery and digital self-service enablement

Ideal Person:

• 5+ years leading ICT teams, ideally in regulated or complex environments
• Strong experience with ERP, BI, GIS, and integration platforms
• Proven leadership, change management, and project delivery skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A mindset for innovation, continuous improvement, and digital enablement
