Salesforce Functional Consultant
A public sector organisation in Wellington is seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to support the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of its Salesforce platform. The role focuses on improving service delivery, case management, and operational insights across multiple business groups. What you'll do:
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant based in Wellington, you will immerse yourself in a variety of impactful workstreams designed to uplift the organisation’s service delivery capabilities. Ultimately, your collaborative approach will foster knowledge sharing across teams while supporting the organisation’s commitment to scalable digital transformation.

You excel at facilitating workshops that draw out critical business needs from stakeholders at all levels. Your approach prioritises maintainability by leveraging out-of-the-box features wherever possible—ensuring long-term sustainability of solutions. With strong interpersonal skills rooted in empathy and dependability, you thrive in settings where knowledge sharing is valued.
