Business Analyst

Join a large-scale transformation programme focused on driving operational excellence and compliance across a complex supply chain environment.

This role sits at the centre of business, change, and technology, you will be acting as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams to shape and deliver future-state solutions.

You’ll be working across end-to-end business processes, helping define requirements, influence decision-making, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose in a fast-moving programme environment.

What you’ll do

• Engage closely with business stakeholders to understand current state and define future state


• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements


• Model business processes and identify improvement opportunities


• Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across teams


• Support business case development and solution design


• Partner with change and tech teams to ensure smooth delivery into BAU


• Contribute to governance forums and programme decision-making

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments


• Proven ability to run workshops and engage senior stakeholders


• Experience with business process modelling and requirements documentation


• Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile and/or Waterfall)


• Confident communicator with strong written documentation skills


• Experience working with ERP systems


• Background in supply compliance, quality, or regulated environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools like Signavio


• Exposure to cloud-based solutions or large transformation programmes


• Experience in global or multi-national environments
