About the role:
A senior role within a dynamic team of CX experts. This role will be responsible for end to end CX across a number of platforms and will have implications across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mapping new customer journeys across a number of different channels
- Re-mapping existing customer journeys and identifying key customer pain points
- Setting up CX frameworks that will be used company wide
- Keeping an eye to the future and crafting journeys with this in mind
Key Requirements:
- Significant previous experience in a CX role
- A relentless customer advocate
- Advanced stakeholder management experience
- Proven track record of successful delivery
