Data Analyst

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, documenting current/future state processes, and lifting data maturity in a complex stakeholder environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mapping and documenting current and future state data processes across TIA/Salesforce.
• Supporting the rollout and embedding of the organisation’s first data governance framework.
• Working across data classification, security, reporting capability, and quality uplift.
• Building and improving reporting assets in Power BI using DAX and Power Query.
• Supporting the broader Data & Insights and Data Warehouse (Fabric) teams in transitioning deliverable into BAU.
• Acting as a “testing ground” for data governance adoption - ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability.
• Wrangling a broad group of stakeholders across Technology, Data, and Business functions.
• Working closely with the wider team, with a clear handover pathway at the end of the contract.

About You

We’re looking for an intermediate-level Data Analyst who’s comfortable operating across both technical and process domains.

You’ll bring:

• Strong experience in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and working with modern data stacks (Fabric ideal, not essential).
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and security classification concepts.
• The ability to document processes clearly and translate complex information into meaningful artefacts.
• Confidence engaging and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with evolving frameworks, shaping structure, and driving efficiency.
