Our client is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator/Specialist to join their team in Wellington. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with application owners, users and business owners to ensure their CRM and Finance systems are meeting business requirements. You will have the chance to develop new configurations, improve processes, enrich information and data, and carry out system changes as required.
What you'll do:
As a Dynamics 365 Administrator/Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing systems and controlling changes. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be utilised as you work closely with various teams for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for demonstrating the vision, values, and culture through your work while understanding the priorities and goals of the organisation. Your commitment to providing excellent customer service will shine as you listen to the views, concerns, and needs of both internal and external customers.
