Salesforce Tech Lead

Are you a seasoned Salesforce professional with a passion for building scalable, customer-centric solutions? We’re working with a leading organisation in the financial services sector that is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join their high-performing digital team on a contract basis.

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and developing innovative solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. You’ll work in a cross-functional Agile team, contributing to the full software development lifecycle and helping to enhance both internal operations and customer experiences.

The Role:

• Designing and building Salesforce solutions that support customer-facing teams
• Supporting the ongoing operation and optimisation of the Salesforce platform
• Collaborating with developers, product owners, and SMEs to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement
• Ensuring data integrity, system performance, and adherence to best practices

Ideal Person:

• Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and customisation (objects, flows, validation rules, security settings)
• Strong development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, middleware, external systems)
• Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD, system monitoring, and performance tuning
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with OmniStudio tools (OmniScript, Data Mapper, Integration Procedures)
• Background in financial services or regulated environments
