About the role:

You will be a driven leader with excellent communication, mentorship, and management skills. Providing direction in the design and strategy space, you will work across a multitude of projects. With 6 direct design reports, you will be a team player and passionate about design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure staff development is a priority – mentoring, promoting the transfer of knowledge.
• Set creative standards and processes – making sure they are used steadily.
• Ensure all projects are supported to the highest standard, and give special attention to individual projects as required.
• Liaising with stakeholders, clients, account leads, and Client Services Director.

Key Requirements:

• Graphic design background.
• Extensive experience with interactive design.
• Proven leadership skills in design practice introduction.
• Business, marketing, or advertising experience.
