Key responsibilities:
This role is 40% pre-sales, 30% GTM development, 30% team management.
- Work with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the services and products provided
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
- Liaise with those responsible for product development and with sales team to ensure accurate communication of information and feedback
- Establish and achieve business and profit objectives
- Help to define and deliver the overall go-to-market strategy
- Engage partner's field sales organisations, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for the company.
Key skills and experience:
- Experience in development and launching new GTM strategies
- Experience in product management
- Experience in designing and pricing solutions (pre-sale)
- Experience in writing proposals and calculating cost and margins
- Experience in team leadership or management of a Solutions team
- Experience in conducting road map and strategy sessions with Enterprise customers
- Willing to pull up their sleeves and perform some of the process and template work themselves
- Understand the Lead to Cash process
Experience with Genesys, NICE WorkForce Management, Cyber Security, UC, Digital Workplace, MS Teams, and Professional and Managed Services desirable.
