We are partnering with a leading Financial Services organization who are on the lookout for a HRIS Analyst. This role will involve taking on a number of new projects focused on enhancing the HR and payroll systems. This is a current team of 5 based in Auckland CBD.
In this role you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to guarantee these systems provide the best possible service and experience.
Responsible for ensuring HR technology delivery to stakeholders including administration and oversight of HR Information Systems. Partner closely with HR leaders to ensure that HR systems and reporting are meeting current needs and aligned to future strategic business initiatives.
This HRIS Analyst will need to experience in a support analyst role managing and solving customer queries via a ticketing system. You will need to enjoy multitasking as your role will be a mix between BAU support and implementing new system features.
Responsibilities for HRIS Analyst:
BAU HR System Support – Ticketing Helpdesk
Communicating with Influence
Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Improves the efficiency and quality of existing processes and systems to create new opportunities.
Analysis & Problem Solving - Sources and uses relevant information effectively to identify problems and offer sustainable solutions.
Managing Risk - Monitors and controls risk to ensure sustainable business and customer outcomes.
