What you'll do:

As a Senior People Change & Programme Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving transformational change within the organisation. Your role will involve

• initiating programme plans with business change owners and project managers that outline requirements for successful change.
• You will develop effective change management plans across relevant stakeholder groups for successful delivery of key initiatives and projects.
• Coach teams on change management will be crucial in building organisational and individual change intelligence.
• You will also conduct impact analysis, identify key stakeholders and assess change readiness.
• Designing, developing, delivering and managing communications relevant to change initiatives.
• Support the design and delivery of training required for embedding change activities.
• Providing insights, metrics and reporting on the delivery of change management plans.
