Our client is seeking a Change Analyst for their People Change Programme Delivery team. This role is an exciting opportunity to provide technical input, data and analytics support for a dynamic team that drives organisational change initiatives. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on key projects in an adaptable and fluid environment, fostering collaboration, cross-skilling and development. This role offers the unique opportunity to assess potential benefits, risks, impacts and costs of proposed changes and provide advice on gaining approval for these change

What you'll do:

As a Programme Analyst in Change Delivery, your role will be pivotal in driving organisational change initiatives. You will be responsible for providing technical input, data and analytics support to the team.

  • Support assessment of potential benefits, risks, impacts and costs of proposed changes
  • Predict and analyse how change impacts process and people
  • Manage programme process & system
  • Provide programme performance support & monitoring
  • Provide programme administration support
  • Maintain an enterprise view of change and ensure well-coordinated programme planning
  • Ensure senior leaders have a well-understood view of enterprise-wide change
  • Keep the change pipeline up-to-date and prioritised in consultation with the team and key stakeholders
  • Document change impact assessments to identify potential risks and issues associated with changes
  • Monitor employee feedback and recommend corrective action as appropriate

What you bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in management or a related field
  • Sound understanding of data, gap, and process analysis
  • Proven experience in process mapping and functional design using Visio or similar tool
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in an analytical role for a large programme or project in a complex environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to summarise key issues and findings
  • Demonstrable experience in change impact assessment and other change management tools
  • Ability to handle multiple shifting assigned priorities to provide research results that are timely, supportive and accurate.
