Senior Product Owner

What you’ll be stepping into

You’ll join a newly formed Product Delivery chapter, working alongside leaders who are pragmatic, supportive and outcome‑driven. This product space moves quickly and can be reactive, so you’ll need to stabilise delivery, reset expectations, and build trust with stakeholders.

You’ll be expected to bring structure, clarity, and maturity into an evolving environment.

What you’ll lead

• Owning delivery of complex, cross-squad products and platforms
• Shaping and sequencing a strategic product roadmap in a multi‑stakeholder environment
• Partnering with technology leaders across architecture, engineering, quality and integration
• Lifting product maturity and coaching other Product Owners
• Using data and metrics to drive prioritisation, flow and delivery outcomes
• Balancing compliance‑driven work with innovation, platform uplift and new market opportunities
• Building psychological safety, resilience and high-performing teams

What you’ll bring

• Significant experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Manager in large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration environments, data‑driven products and enterprise-scale delivery
• A track record of building roadmaps, aligning stakeholders and making confident trade-off decisions
• Ability to quickly understand complicated operational landscapes
• Calm, pragmatic leadership — someone who can steady the room but still push for progress
• Experience navigating stakeholder groups under pressure
• Ability to build culture, coach others, and create clarity in low‑maturity settings
• Confident working across quarterly planning cycles and enterprise governance
