Programme Coordinator

As the Programme Coordinator, you will provide hands-on coordination support to a dedicated SAP upgrade programme.bThis position is ideal for someone with strong coordination experience who has got experience working with SAP or large scale ERP transformation projects.


Key Responsibilities


Programme Coordination



  • Provide day-to-day coordination support across the SAP upgrade programme

  • Maintain programme schedules, plans, and key delivery artefacts

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums

  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and track follow-up actions

  • Support planning and coordination across multiple project streams


Governance & Reporting



  • Maintain RAID logs (risks, issues, assumptions, decisions)

  • Assist with programme reporting and status updates

  • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables

  • Support preparation of steering committee and leadership reports

  • Ensure programme documentation is accurate and accessible


Stakeholder & Team Support



  • Coordinate communications between technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Assist with onboarding of resources and vendors

  • Support change management and programme communications

  • Act as a central coordination point for programme activities


Administrative & Operational Support



  • Manage document control and programme repositories

  • Support scheduling and resource coordination

  • Track actions and ensure timely follow-through

  • Help identify and implement process improvements



About You


We are looking for someone with:



  • Proven experience as a Programme Coordinator or Project Coordinator

  • Exposure to technology or ERP-related projects (SAP experience highly desirable)

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confidence working with technical and business stakeholders

  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation

  • Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools



Highly Desirable


While not essential, experience in any of the following would be advantageous:



  • Previous involvement in SAP projects or ERP transformations

  • Exposure to large system upgrades or implementations

  • Experience working in structured programme environments

  • Understanding of project governance and delivery methodologies
