Change Deployment Partner
We’re looking for a Change Deployment Partner to play a key role in a large‑scale transformation programme rolling out across multiple stores nationwide. This role sits at the heart of people‑readiness — engaging teams, preparing them for change, and supporting them through activation and adoption. If you love being on the ground, partnering with leaders, and bringing change to life in a way that genuinely lands with people, this is a great opportunity.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading change and readiness activities across a group of retail sites.
- Building strong relationships with store leaders and frontline teams; becoming a trusted advisor.
- Facilitating Change Leadership workshops and supporting change champions.
- Delivering communications, learning, and change interventions that help teams understand what’s changing and why.
- Tracking and reporting on business readiness, raising risks and helping unblock issues.
- Capturing lessons learned and continuously improving deployment activities.
- Working as part of a tight, cross‑functional deployment team focused on execution and outcomes.
- Some travel to stores will be required.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience delivering organisational change, people, process, tech, behaviour, ways of working.
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills; you can navigate resistance, build trust, and bring people along on the journey.
- Strong facilitation and storytelling skills - you know how to capture hearts and minds.
- Ability to work in ambiguity while keeping the focus on value, outcomes, and the bigger picture.
- Collaborative mindset - you love co-design, early engagement, and breaking down silos.
- Experience applying recognised Change Management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR ideally).
