Change Deployment Partner

What you’ll be doing

• Leading change and readiness activities across a group of retail sites.
• Building strong relationships with store leaders and frontline teams; becoming a trusted advisor.
• Facilitating Change Leadership workshops and supporting change champions.
• Delivering communications, learning, and change interventions that help teams understand what’s changing and why.
• Tracking and reporting on business readiness, raising risks and helping unblock issues.
• Capturing lessons learned and continuously improving deployment activities.
• Working as part of a tight, cross‑functional deployment team focused on execution and outcomes.
• Some travel to stores will be required.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience delivering organisational change, people, process, tech, behaviour, ways of working.
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills; you can navigate resistance, build trust, and bring people along on the journey.
• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills - you know how to capture hearts and minds.
• Ability to work in ambiguity while keeping the focus on value, outcomes, and the bigger picture.
• Collaborative mindset - you love co-design, early engagement, and breaking down silos.
• Experience applying recognised Change Management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR ideally).
