Senior Project Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. What you'll do:

• Lead and manage multiple projects to meet scope, budget, deadlines, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk management, resource allocation and dependencies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that may impact delivery.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive benefits realisation, ensuring alignment with business cases and strategic objectives.
• Oversee project budgets, tracking financial performance against forecasts and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure project compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment between IT, business units, and vendors.

What you'll bring:

• Relevant Degree in IT and/or Project Management or transferable field.
• 5-10 years’ experience delivering projects and systems implementations in complex organisations.
• Experience with leading a project in the Master Data Management space is essential for this position.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets and project financials.
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience reporting to senior leadership and governance boards.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills
• Change management experience to support project adoption.
