Currently, they are looking for a Cloud Engineers to join their team from Wellington, New Zealand.
About you:
- Extensive engineering experience with cloud technologies
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Exchange Online
- Experience with Power-shell and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of how to manage multiple streams of work at one time, as well as being part of the escalation point for a wider support team.
What you will do:
- Working on migrating from on-prem virtual machines to a cloud base virtual desktop solution
- Moving a file server - moving to the cloud
- Integrating third party solutions into azure active directory working in the azure identity space
- Integrating their meeting room systems into exchange online
- Hands on, making changes, representing, supporting their own changes, supporting retros.
Being the Cloud Engineer, you will be part of an Agile Release Train, focusing on the cloud. This is in their investments part of their business, and they are moving from on-prem virtual machine's to a cloud base virtual desktop solution. They are nearly completed on the migration, so the work is on the decommissioning and upgrading of hybrid servers.
You will be responsible for platform wide support and ongoing development of all systems within the Digital Work space including Desktop, Exchange, Mobile, Network, M365, and supporting Cloud Infrastructure. You will be working in a continuous delivery team to help transform technology and deliver a modern, digital work space.
