Our client is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator/Specialist to join their team in Wellington. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with application owners, users and business owners to ensure their CRM and Finance systems are meeting business requirements. You will have the chance to develop new configurations, improve processes, enrich information and data, and carry out system changes as required. This role also involves project and change management, user setup and administration, providing user support, building relationships with a diverse range of people, and providing excellent customer service. What you'll do:

As a Dynamics 365 Administrator/Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing systems and controlling changes. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be utilised as you work closely with various teams for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for demonstrating the vision, values, and culture through your work while understanding the priorities and goals of the organisation. Your commitment to providing excellent customer service will shine as you listen to the views, concerns, and needs of both internal and external customers. Your ability to identify risks early on will contribute significantly towards maintaining a safe working environment.

Demonstrate the vision, values and culture through your work and interactions
Understand the priorities and goals of the organisation and apply these to your day-to-day activities
Build and strengthen effective internal and external relationships
Provide excellent customer service by listening to the views, concerns and needs of customers (internal and external)
Actively adhere to policies, processes and procedures that provide positive outcomes in Health and Safety, compliance, risk management and quality assurance
Identify risks, issues and obstacles impacting the organisation at the earliest opportunity
Contribute to the analysis and implementation of effective controls and resolutions
Identify opportunities for improving the way we work
Support others to improve the quality of work delivered by the organisation


What you bring:

As a Dynamics 365 Administrator/Specialist, your experience in similar roles will be invaluable. Your strong understanding of CRM systems will enable you to effectively manage system enhancements and changes. Your excellent interpersonal skills will allow you to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people within the organisation. Your commitment to providing excellent customer service will be evident in your interactions with both internal and external customers. Lastly, your ability to identify risks early on will contribute significantly towards maintaining a safe working environment.

Experience with Dynamics 365 Administration or similar roles
Strong understanding of CRM systems
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to understand organisational priorities and goals
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to identify risks early on
