L2 Support
Are you a customer-focused IT professional with a passion for solving problems and supporting users in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a Level 2 Support Specialist to join a high-performing team in Auckland for a 3-month contract.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in IT support within a corporate or large enterprise environment. You’ll be providing second-level technical support across a wide range of hardware and software issues, working closely with end users to ensure timely resolution and excellent service delivery.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, supporting a walk-in environment and managing your own ticket queue while following established processes and SLAs.
The Role:
- Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, and user administration issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a walk-in and remote support setting.
- Prioritise and manage daily ticket workload in line with SLAs.
- Follow documented processes for ticket handling and housekeeping.
- Support PXE imaging and deployment of devices.
- Deliver customer-centric support, understanding user needs and business impact.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
Ideal Person:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Level 2 support role within a corporate or large business.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user administration.
- Experience with PXE imaging and device deployment.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Process-oriented with a strong focus on documentation and SLA adherence.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload independently.
- Full New Zealand driver’s license is essential.
