Our client is on the hunt for a tech-savvy SharePoint Specialist to bolster their Digital Information and Knowledge team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide both operational and strategic Enterprise Content Management (ECM) SharePoint project support during a critical migration transition from OpenText Content Server to SharePoint. What you'll do:

As a SharePoint Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting our client's Information and Knowledge Management team during a crucial migration transition. Your expertise will be key in designing and configuring SharePoint ECM sites and controls, providing invaluable advice, support, and training to the team. You will also lead workstreams and initiatives for the IKM team, ensuring seamless ECM integrations in SharePoint. Your role will extend beyond the team, offering advice and support to the wider organisation throughout the migration process.

• Assist in the design and configuration of SharePoint ECM sites and controls
• Provide SharePoint advice, support and training to the IKM team
• Support workstreams solutioning ECM integrations in SharePoint
• Lead workstreams and initiatives for the IKM team and the ECM SharePoint project through the migration transition
• Provide SharePoint advice and support to the organisation throughout the migration process

The ideal candidate for this SharePoint Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in SharePoint design, configuration, and administration. You have a working knowledge of the M365 ecosystem and are comfortable utilising its functionality to meet business needs. Your experience with ECM systems sets you apart, as does your familiarity with OpenText CS. You're adept at using multiple modern operations methodologies and PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration. Your ability to provide user training materials demonstrates your commitment to teamwork. An understanding of ITIL concepts and fundamental knowledge of Information Management round out your impressive skill set.

• Solid experience with SharePoint design, configuration & administration
• Working knowledge of the M365 ecosystem
• Experience with ECM systems
