auckland information-technology/telecommunications 2022-06-09 2022-07-09 it Auckland Auckland NZ Robert Walters https://www.robertwalters.co.nz https://www.robertwalters.co.nz/content/dam/robert-walters/global/images/logos/web-logos/square-logo.png3 months contract Our client is looking for a voice architect to provide voice & data networking consultancy services to support the development of, and delivery of solutions for modernising the telephony capabilities depended upon by both their customer and its clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the delivery of the SIP trunking / SBC deployment project phase 2 (i.e. MS Teams roll-out for BRA connected sites);
- Assist with delivery of a QoS capability across the region to support prioritised traffic (including telephony voice traffic and Zoom / MS Teams related voice & video conferencing related traffic) across internal LAN/WAN networks;
- Assist with delivery of tactical contact centre solutions as driven by business changes (e.g. MSC, COVID response and accommodation move related initiatives);
- Assist with development of transitional state solutions to remediate existing risks and issues associated with the legacy telephony platforms and services;
- Assist with the development of next phase activities for voice programme.
Key skills and experience:
- Advanced technical knowledge in voice traffic and MS Teams / Zoom experience
- Desirable experience in LAN/WAN networks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure
