As an Operations Manager, your primary focus will be ensuring the high performance, resilience, and maintenance of our client's infrastructure, networking, and product platforms. You'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, providing operational support for internal teams, managing incident responses, and leading your team towards achieving the company's commercial and customer goals. - Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor core infrastructure and product platforms
- Maintain and upgrade product platforms and infrastructure
- Provide operational support for internal teams and Tier 1 business customers
- Manage and enhance on-call, incident management, and change processes
- Lead major incident responses through to resolution
- Work with infrastructure engineers within the team on platform maintenance requirements
- Provide leadership and mentoring to operations team members

- A relevant tertiary qualification in IT/Engineering
- 10+ years within the Telco or IT industry with a focus on high performing infrastructures
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an exceptional customer service focus
- Strong IP Networking, VMware, Storage, Systems Applications, Linux skills
- Ability to develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
