Tech Lead

We are on the look out for an experienced Tech Lead to join one of New Zealands leading organisations!

Reporting to the Dev Manager, this role is responsible for driving application value through leading , mentoring and influencing the Developer Team!

We are looking for a passionate leader with excellent communicates skills and is able to communicate clear strategy and purpose with their team

The Dev team ensure that the customer and business applications consistently delivery quality product value, through the phases of strategise, architect, select, deploy, operate, evolve and retire. Specific responsibility for leading complex functional/process analysis and building or developing, maintaining or enhancing, and eventually decommissioning applications through their lifecycle. Responsible for ensuring team development and standard best practices are implemented across the in-house applications.

Experience required :

• Experience in frameworks: React, Angular, Springboot, Asp .Net, Node.js, Plotly, AWS Amplify
• Experience in languages: Javascript, Cypher(Neo4j), SQ, Groovy, Python and Mongoose
• Experience in AWS: Cognito, Lambda, S3 Buckets, Cloudfront, Route53, GraphQL, Ec2 Instance, Appsync
• 3-5 years’ experience as Dev Tech Lead or equivalent role
• Experience working in agile methodology
