Senior Full Stack Developer

Join a collaborative team working on impactful projects with modern tech. We're looking for an experienced Full Stack developer who loves building robust software and sharing knowledge with their teammates. You'll work in an Agile environment, taking ownership of projects from design through to delivery—building backend services with Java and Spring Boot, creating intuitive interfaces with React and helping shape our technical direction.

What You'll Do:

• Designing and developing scalable software solutions
• Building RESTful APIs with Java 11+ and Spring Boot
• Creating user-friendly interfaces with React
• Working with distributed systems (Apache Kafka, Kubernetes)
• Collaborating on code reviews and CI/CD improvements
• Resolving production issues and maintaining system health

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Java 11+ and Spring Boot experience
• Solid React skills for modern web interfaces
• Experience with Apache Kafka and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or DB2)
• Hands-on CI/CD experience (Jenkins, Terraform, etc.)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace)

Desirable:

• AWS cloud experience
• Agile/Scrum background
• Great communication skills and love of knowledge sharing
