D365 Architect/Developer
We’re looking for a hybrid D365 Developer / Solution Architect who can balance hands-on delivery with big-picture thinking. This role suits someone confident designing solutions while still staying close to the code.
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end design and delivery of solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Operate as a true hybrid — hands-on development + architecture leadership
- Design scalable, future-proof architectures across finance systems and integrations
- Build and customise solutions using X++ within D365 F&O
- Lead integration design across Azure services including Logic Apps and Functions
- Drive automation initiatives, particularly across invoice processing and finance workflows
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape technical direction
- Provide guidance and mentorship while staying close to the code
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Proven development background with hands-on experience in X++
- Solid experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions highly desirable)
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms
- Background working on finance systems and invoice automation
- Ability to balance big-picture architecture thinking with hands-on delivery
- Confident owning technical direction and making key design decisions
