Senior Associate - Banking & Finance

What you'll do:

As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will gain real depth and breadth of experience across a range of banking and finance matters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging in various finance transactions, handling debt restructuring work, providing property financing advice, and offering financial services regulatory advice. To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a commercial approach along with excellent legal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Engage in institutional and acquisition finance transactions
• Work on renewable energy and project financing transactions
