A top corporate boutique firm is looking for a high performer wanting to further develop their career within corporate law, under the guidance of a highly reputable director. You will be at least a 5+ PQE solicitor working in private practice at a top tier firm with solid corporate law experience. The firm excels in all areas of corporate law, with a core focus on complex and challenging corporate transactions and strategic advisory engagements. They are acknowledged market leaders in critical governance advice, public takeovers, private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and public and private capital raisings This is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.

You will be involved in providing advice on a wide range of corporate matters. High stakes transactions can be rife with uncertainty, are incredibly demanding and call for creative and innovative solutions-oriented lawyers. You must think outside the square. You will have an absolute commitment to achieving the best outcomes for the firms’ clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing high level opinions and advice
• Conducting high level legal research
• Actively assisting directors

Key Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 5+years PQE within the area of corporate/commercial law
• Experience with top tier law firms is advantageous
• Excellent academic record
• Strong drafting / written skills with the ability to turn documents around with commercial pragmatism
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Clear, strategic thinker with superior computing and research skills
• Professional attitude and confident disposition
