Senior Associate/Associate - Corporate

As a Senior Associate/Associate, your role will be pivotal in advising on cross-border M&A and investment transactions. You will also provide expert advice on joint ventures and commercial contracts. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to engage confidently with clients from diverse industries. • Advising on cross-border M&A and investment transactions
• Advising on joint ventures and commercial contracts

• Maintain professional presentation and engage confidently and effectively with clients

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Associate/Associate position will bring at least 4 years PQE in a corporate or commercial team.
