Senior Solicitor - Associate

I’m currently working with a prestigious law firm that offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join their highly regarded team. The Team:

The Corporate & Commercial Team is led by highly respected subject-matter experts with extensive experience across a wide range of sectors. The work is diverse and stimulating, advising a broad client base that includes government agencies, local authorities, investors (both domestic and international), listed companies, national retailers, developers, start-ups, and SMEs.

This team is known for its collaborative, supportive approach and close integration with the firm’s civil and commercial litigation specialists—providing the opportunity for seamless involvement in matters that may proceed to dispute resolution.

The Role:

This is an excellent role for a well-rounded lawyer who enjoys variety and client engagement. You’ll work across a broad range of matters, including:

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Corporate structuring
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Capital raising
Strategic and regulatory advice for on-shore and off-shore clients

About You:

4-8 years of solid experience in commercial law
Strong client management skills and a client-centric approach
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities

Confidence in managing files independently and delivering great client outcomes
