An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate specialising in Professional Indemnity to join a rapidly growing firm based in Auckland. What you'll do:
As a Senior Associate with a focus within the Professional Indemnity space, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will be tasked with defending various professionals in both civil and disciplinary claims, providing you with an opportunity to utilise your expertise in professional indemnity and negligence cases. Your strong analytical and communication skills will be put to good use as you engage regularly with both internal and external stakeholders. Working within a team-based environment, you will contribute to complex, interesting, and cutting-edge matters.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Associate position will bring a wealth of experience. While proven experience in financial services PI is highly regarded, it's not essential. Candidates with some tax or financial services regulatory experience are also encouraged to apply. Some trial experience, including disciplinary hearings, would be advantageous. Key to this role are strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in team-based environments are also crucial.
