Robert Walters is currently seeking a litigation lawyer to join a well-established firm in Wellington CBD. You will have the chance to advance your career in a supportive and reputable environment. Additionally, this position provides an opportunity to work on high-profile cases.

About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

As a litigator, your role will involve offering expert legal advice, preparing important legal documents, and representing clients in court. Strong communication skills will be essential in this role to maintain client and stakeholder relationships keep them informed about their case. Staying up to date on changes in law and legislation will be a key part of your role, ensuring that you can provide the most accurate and up-to-date advice. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced litigators on various matters, ensuring that each day brings new challenges and opportunities for professional growth.

What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu

  • 1-8 years of post-admission experience
  • Current legal practising certificate or eligibility to hold one
  • Current or previous litigation experience
  • Ability to work through complex issues.
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
