What you'll do:

As a Senior Solicitor, your role will be integral to the commercial litigation team. You will be responsible for drafting various documents, conducting detailed research, and performing discovery tasks. Your excellent skills in mediation and dispute resolution will be put to good use as you handle litigation processes and work on insolvency cases. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on both international and domestic cases, offering a diverse range of experiences.

• Drafting documents including correspondence, pleadings, and submissions
• Conducting thorough research related to cases
• Performing discovery tasks
• Handling litigation processes
• Mediating disputes between parties
• Resolving disputes in a timely and efficient manner
• Working on insolvency cases

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Solicitor position brings at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and has previously worked in a civil or commercial litigation team. Your strong academic background underpins your excellent drafting skills and proficiency in research and discovery tasks. Experience in mediation, dispute resolution, and knowledge of insolvency laws are also key assets you bring to this role.
