Litigation Solicitor or Senior Solicitor

We are looking for a solicitor or senior solicitor to join a highly-regarded litigation team ranked tier 1 on the Legal 500. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases across a board range of litigation matters.

About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

The firm undertakes a wide range of public law and commercial litigation work. You will have exposure to a variety of complex disputes. You will get plenty of development and growth opportunities and will be part of a collaborative team undertaking research, preparing advice, drafting court documents, and briefing witnesses. You will get advocacy experience too - appearing in court, arbitrations, and mediations as appropriate, have direct contact with clients and work with leading senior barristers.

What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu

• 2-7 years of post-admission experience in the litigation space
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Strong academics
• Ability to effectively manage priorities
• Proactive and organised
• Qualified in New Zealand or a Commonwealth jurisdiction
