The right candidate would receive a great exposure to all areas of family law in mediation processes and also in Court where required.
This firm specialises in all aspects of family law. The work that you would be involved in includes:
- Parenting arrangements;
- Guardianship disputes;
- Adoption;
- Marriage and Civil Union disputes and dissolution;
- Paternity issues;
- FPA Claims;
- Domestic violence;
- Financial Support;
- Surrogacy and embryo donation;
- Adoption.
About you
- A New Zealand qualified solicitor with at least 4 years post qualification experience in the Family law area;
- A current practising certificate;
- Strong academic transcript;
- Posses excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable in client facing situations.
