Private Client Property - Associate/Senior Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Property lawyer. This role offers the chance to engage in diverse work across trusts, succession planning, and estates, within a supportive and experienced team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage client relationships and deliver top-quality services in a cohesive team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to hone their skills in a friendly, connected environment and take on interesting and challenging work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, or transferring property, as well as handling property disputes or negotiations;
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney documents, Contracting out Agreements, Leases, Trust deeds etc;
  • Estate distribution and handling of estates;
  • Running matters independently, liaising with clients, banks and others;
  • Contribute to the firm's long-term client relationships.

To be successful in this role you may have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a cohesive team;
  • Commitment to delivering top-quality services;
  • Willingness to engage in diverse work across trusts, succession planning, and estates;
  • 5+ PQE although all applications will be assessed on merit. Whether your background is specifically in private client and trusts work or broader commercial, property or relationship property law, your expertise will be highly valued.
