In this top-tier corporate team, you will engage with clients directly providing advice on a breadth of domestic and cross border transactions, in particular, mergers and acquisitions, as well as other areas of corporate and commercial law. You will have the support of multiple partners with a genuine progression pathway.

You will bring experience and expertise with respect to all or some of the following areas:

• mergers and acquisitions
• corporate restructuring
• joint ventures and strategic alliances
• receiverships
• securities law
• shareholder arrangements
• corporate governance

What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu

• 2-10 years of post-admission experience including mergers and acquisitions experience
• Natural at building rapport with clients
• A self-starter that is able to collaborate with the team and work independently as required
• Mentoring and coaching skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• New Zealand or commonwealth qualified
