You must be a high performer with the drive to succeed. You will need between 2 – 5 years PQE, with top tier grades and firm experience. The firm has is a significant focus on the provision of high-quality, commercially focused, practical legal advice.

Working with respected and well known partners, you will be involved in a wide range of corporate/commercial and PPP matters. You may have experience within a major projects team and will have hands on experience with the Public Works Act.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting concise legal opinions and advice.
• Become involved in all aspects of the teams transactions, including major projects, commercial analysis, contract drafting and negotiation;
• Provide considered, objective and competent legal advice on a broad range of property, construction, and contract matters.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial/PPP experience, an understanding of construction and major projects being a real bonus.
• Hands on experience with the Public Works Act and PPP.
• Experience with top tier law firm is advantageous.
• The ideal candidate will be intelligent, have strong technical skills, possess a polished appearance and be able to engage confidently with clients.
• An aptitude for and keen interest in resolving commercial and/or employment disputes.
• Clear, strategic thinker with superior computing and research skills.
