Associate - Commercial Property

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Associate in Commercial Property with a minimum of 7 years PQE. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile commercial property projects, including developments, due diligence, and lease work for reputable companies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, offering practical solutions with good commercial acumen.

What you'll do:
As an Associate in Commercial Property, you will handle a variety of tasks related to commercial property work. You will manage buying and selling processes for clients and work on large-scale projects like divestment of car parks and supermarkets. Your ability to offer practical solutions backed by your good commercial acumen will be crucial in this role.

What you bring:
• Minimum of 6 years PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong experience in subdivisions, acquisitions and disposal of commercial property, leasing, unit title developments and refinancing arrangements
• Experience with construction law matters is beneficial but not required
• Good commercial acumen and the ability to offer practical solutions
• Positive, motivated and diligent attitude
