Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate

We are working with a leading law firm who is seeking a talented commercial property lawyer to join them. You will work in a supportive team atmosphere where Partners have an approachable style, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard – they are focused on developing lawyers in the areas they are passionate about.

Join a team leading in this space - this team have an impressive property and infrastructure client base in the private and government sectors including but not limited to developers, commercial property investors, listed property companies, local government, iwi groups and more. You will get the opportunity to lead files as well as work alongside other lawyers within the team, with partner support and oversight as required.

What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu

• 3-8 years' experience acquired in-house and/or in private practice
• Commercial property experience with strong technical and transactional skills
• New Zealand or commonwealth qualified
• Comfortable running files autonomously with support as required
• Excellent relationship management skills
