About the role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager as part of a talented team, the Marketing Executive will spearhead campaigns and promotions with the aim of boosting new customer acquisition, customer retention, and love through the development of loyalty and engagement programmes and initiatives.

In addition to managing and reporting on the performance of campaigns and promotions, the Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with internal and external teams and agencies to dive deep into ATMS’s local and export customer databases, gaining a deep understanding and actionable insights from key customer segments that can inform everything from campaign and channel strategy, to creative look and feel, and opportunities for automation and technology introduction.

What you bring:
As the ideal candidate, you are currently in a Digital Marketing role and bring the following experience, skills and traits:

• 5+ years’ Marketing experience with an e-Commerce, SaaS or online retail business.
• A successful track record of developing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns with an acquisition / retention / loyalty focus.
• Proficiency in EDM marketing and platforms (e.g. Mailchimp).
• Proven ability to brief and lead agencies and other third party specialist suppliers to successful delivery.
• A natural affinity for data and insights and the ability to apply these towards winning strategies and plans.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, and the ability to prioritise and work at pace.
• Awesome energy, positivity and relationship management skills enabling you to collaborate and partner within your team as well as across teams.
• Agility and adaptivity.
