A leading organisation in Auckland is seeking a dynamic Event & Digital Coordinator to deliver exceptional events, foster stakeholder relationships, and contribute to innovative digital projects. This role offers variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a supportive and collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

As an Event and Digital Coordinator, you’ll manage a variety of events, from celebratory ceremonies to educational sessions, ensuring seamless execution by handling logistics, stakeholder communication, travel coordination, merchandise, and digital content creation. Success in this role means delivering exceptional events, contributing innovative ideas, and fostering collaboration while juggling multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

  • Coordinate and deliver a variety of events, including set-up, pack-down, stakeholder liaison, and on-the-day management to ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders throughout event planning and delivery phases, ensuring clear communication.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to create digital content such as podcasts and videos using cameras, microphones, and editing tools.
  • Develop event management plans that streamline processes while addressing unique requirements for different event types.
  • Partner with risk management teams to implement policies that mitigate potential risks for internal and external events.
  • Maintain an updated events calendar to support efficient scheduling and resource allocation across teams.

What You’ll Bring:

To excel as an Event and Digital Coordinator you will bring hands-on experience managing complex events from conception through completion, balancing creativity with meticulous organisation every step of the way. Your background may include exposure to digital media production or editing which enables you to support podcasting videography photography needs confidently even when stepping into backup roles unexpectedly. You thrive on building connections—whether it’s guiding volunteers during large-scale functions collaborating cross-functionally on project plans or simply ensuring every guest feels welcome upon arrival. Your approach is grounded in empathy patience reliability openness and above all a desire to help others succeed alongside you.

  • Proven experience in event management with strong organizational skills.
  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and managing multiple projects.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital editing tools (or willingness to learn).
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to fostering positive workplace culture.
