This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ability to create compelling content, and has strong project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility and customer engagement across all channels and touch points. This includes promotional and branding activities for the retail business stream. The role offers an incredible chance to work on point-in-time campaigns, partnerships, and community communications.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's visibility and customer engagement. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing captivating content for various marketing campaigns. Your creativity will shine through as you craft engaging social media posts, blog articles, and other promotional materials. You will also ensure that our brand's message remains consistent across all campaign channels. Collaborating with external production companies to plan photography and videography shoots will be part of your remit. You will maintain our brand's consistency and integrity throughout all marketing campaigns, digital touch-points, and in-store experiences. Your organisational skills will come into play as you facilitate and organise collateral for shows. Managing multiple projects simultaneously will be a regular part of your day-to-day tasks.

  • Develop compelling and targeted content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all campaign channels.
  • Collaborate with external production companies on planning photography and videography shoots.
  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity throughout all marketing campaigns, digital touch-points and in-store.
  • Facilitate and organise collateral for shows, including POS, posters, silent salesman, pricing, booklets, signage, flags.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously through project management software and daily stand ups.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Coordinator role is someone who brings strong project management skills to the table. Your ability to organise and prioritise work daily will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential as you'll be working cross-functionally with various teams. A solid marketing background with digital confidence and skills is a must-have for this role. You should have experience creating a range of marketing collateral and be confident in working with creatives to deliver compelling content. Previous experience with developing and publishing content on social and digital channels is also required. Strong writing and communication skills are vital as writing and communications form a big part of this role.
