Content & Brand Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Content & Brand Manager to lead their content, communications, and brand team. This role is pivotal in supporting the achievement of the company's business objectives. As a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated content marketing and communications strategy that generates high-value leads, contributes to revenue growth, and strengthens the brand.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute an integrated content marketing and communications strategy that generates high value leads.
  • Collaborate with Acquisition and Retention Marketing Managers to provide strategic input into the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Conceive, create and publish original and engaging content that aligns with the brand story.
  • Work closely with sales leaders to produce content specifically designed to assist the sales process.
  • Support the Head of Marketing to develop and implement the overarching brand strategy.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies that help drive ongoing strategic and cultural transformation.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are managed.
  • Develop external communication strategies as required, ensuring they are clearly linked to business priorities.
  • Coach, mentor and guide direct reports, providing feedback and support to help them grow professionally.


What you bring:

  • Minimum of seven years’ experience across content marketing, content development, and content strategy in a B2B environment.
  • Outstanding writing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates strong creative thinking across multiple styles.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends and compelling story angles.
  • Experience managing agency/supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • Experience with using social media to amplify the impact of content.
  • Comfortable using content management systems.
  • Experience in people management, mentoring, coaching and leadership.
