Our client, KidsCan, a leading not-for-profit organisation in New Zealand, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Community Fundraising Manager. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on children's lives across the country. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the long-term growth and success of KidsCan community fundraising strategy. With a focus on driving strong ROI for all activity and increasing revenue, this position is perfect for someone with a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for making a positive impact.
What you'll do:
The Senior Community Fundraising Manager plays a pivotal role ensuring the long-term growth and success of KidsCan’s community fundraising efforts. Leading a small team to develop and execute KidsCan's community fundraising strategy, you will be responsible for managing a range of fundraising initiatives and steward supporters within the community. Your ability to foster relationships and mobilise individuals, schools and community groups to support KidsCan will be key to your success in this role.
What you bring:
As our ideal candidate for the Senior Community Fundraising Manager role at KidsCan, you bring a wealth of experience in leading community fundraising initiatives. Your proven track record in developing successful strategies to drive revenue growth sets you apart. You possess strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional projects. Your exceptional relationship-building skills enable you to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively. With your strategic mindset, you can identify opportunities for growth and drive the organisation forward. Your excellent organisational skills, coupled with your ability to manage budgets effectively, make you a strong contender for this role.
