This role is pivotal in driving the digital environment of the business to new heights. This role offers the perfect opportunity for a dedicated professional to create awareness and drive customer acquisition. The company is in growth mode, with recent store openings and new technology implementations, making it an exciting time to join the team.

What you'll do:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital landscape of our client's business. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive channel strategies that align with overall brand plans while collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive campaigns. Your analytical skills will be used as you optimise customer experiences across all digital channels. You will also manage external agency partners and digital marketing budgets effectively. Your role will extend to owning the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of online sales channels. Additionally, you will develop social media strategies, execute email marketing campaigns, conduct SEO research, and monitor digital marketing performance.

  • Develop comprehensive channel strategies aligned with overall brand plans.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, creative teams, and partners to align campaigns with brand and promotional activities.
  • Analyse funnel data to optimise the customer experience and improve key KPI’s across all digital channels.
  • Manage external agency partners to drive direct channel revenue outcomes.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources based on campaign goals and performance expectations.
  • Own the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of online sales channels.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimise website content for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using analytics tools available.

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in e-Commerce preferred.
  • Analytical and insight driven and
  • Understanding of different CMS’s, CRM’s and automation software is a benefit.
  • Strategic thinker dedicated to consistently delighting the consumer.
  • Ability to thrive in a standalone business environment.
