Nāti Growth Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team in Auckland. This 12 month fixed tem contract role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for all brand, marketing, communications, and sales strategies on behalf of Nāti Growth Ltd. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Board, you will drive the way we are perceived by our partners, stakeholders, and in the media. This role is varied, requiring flexibility to shift between audiences and messages. You will also work closely with other parts of the Group to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment in terms of marketing and communication strategy.

What you'll do:

As Sales & Marketing Manager at Nāti Growth Ltd, you will be at the forefront of our brand management efforts. Your role will involve conducting research to assess demand and brand positioning, increasing our brand awareness both internally and externally. You will develop long-term marketing plans that align with our company's vision. In addition, you will collaborate with our PR agency to enhance our company's profile. Your responsibilities will also include managing our web and social media presence across different business units. Furthermore, you will develop effective sales strategies for various business lines such as Manuka Honey, the Café, Tourism etc., driving growth across local and international markets. Lastly, you will provide regular sales and marketing reports to the Board of Directors.

* Carry out research and engagement surveys to assess demand and brand positioning
* Increase brand awareness of Nāti Growth Ltd both internally and externally
* Develop long-term marketing plans and strategies for Nāti Growth Ltd
* Work alongside our PR agency to raise Nāti Growth Ltd’s profile
* Own the web and social media presence for Nāti Growth Ltd and its different business units
* Develop strategies for the successful delivery of sales across various sectors
* Drive sales of Nāti Growth Ltd products across all local and international markets
* Provide regular sales and marketing reports to the Board of Directors


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Sales & Marketing Manager position at Nāti Growth Ltd brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing roles. You have a proven track record of creating effective sales and marketing strategies that drive performance. Your ability to analyse opportunities and understand both online and physical sales channels will be crucial in this role. You possess strong relationship-building skills, demonstrating resilience and high levels of emotional intelligence. An understanding of tikanga is essential, as is experience presenting to a wide and varied audience.

* 7+ years in a sales and marketing role
* Experience creating sales and marketing strategies
* Ability to analyse opportunities to drive sales performance
* Understanding of sales channels both online and physical
* Strong relationship building skills
* Demonstrates resilience and high levels of EQ
* Understands tikanga
* Experienced at presenting to a wide and varied audience
